 The Academia programme “Navalish 4” [ 2025- 2026 ]was conducted by the English Option of Navajyothi College of Teacher Education for Women, Olarikkara . The programme focused on the crucial topic of Visual Impairment. The programme was held on October 7, 2025, at 9:30 AM in Multipurpose Hall. The programme began on a prayer led by Aruni C A, Risvana K A, and Chrislin Santhosh C. This was immediately followed by a formal announcement by Sr. Oswin Tom Kaitharan, setting the stage for the day’s proceedings. The official welcome was then extended by Philomina Sonu Nivin, whose welcome speech warmly greeted the faculty, participants, and attendees, clearly articulating the programme focused on exploration of Visual Impairment. The presentations were delivered by Chandni Chacko, Christeena K V, Athulya K A, Anz Rose, and Angel Jenson. Their presentations explored various aspects of visual impairment, including experience, causes, challenges, educational strategies, and technological aids, engaging the audience with relevant content and delivery skills. The PPT was prepared by Chrislin Santhosh C, Sr. Rya Raj and Anjali K. The brochure was prepared by Athira K. Vaishnavi K and Anju Maria Kidangan handled the official documentation, ensuring accurate photographic records with Geotag Photos for future reference. Finally, the programme was formally concluded with a sincere Vote of Thanks delivered by Anupama Thottathil. She expressed profound gratitude to the facualties, and all the student contributors for their tireless efforts, which collectively ensured the resounding success of the programme. The event successfully achieved its goal of raising awareness and promoting academic understanding regarding Visual Impairment, blending critical learning with organizational experience. The programme was ended with National Anthem in which all faculty and students stood in solemn respect, signifying national unity and pride.
