 ACADAMIA REPORT OF NATURAL SCIENCE DEPARTMENT

The Academia( Scientia) Programme was successfully conducted by the Natural Science department of our college on 06-01-2026 Tuesday. The event began at 9:30 AM in the MultipurposeHall of Navajyothi College with the aim of enhancing scientific awareness, collaboration, and academic engagement among students. The programme was well-organized and witnessed active participation from students and faculty members.

The programme began with an announcement by Lakshmipriya K M, who informed the gathering about the schedule and objectives of the programme. This was followed by a prayer session led by Jicksy M J and Lena Lixson, which set a positive and harmonious tone for the event.

The welcome address was delivered by Sreeranjini K, who warmly welcomed all the dignitaries, teachers, and students and highlighted the importance of Academia Scientia in nurturing scientific temper among learners.

The core part of the programme was the presentation session about the topic cerbral palsy that handled efficiently by Lijitha N V, Deepthy Theresa, Krishnapriya, K M Jelen Biju, Anusree Jayasankar, and Mariya P S. Their presentations were informative, engaging, and reflected thorough preparation and teamwork. The topics were presented clearly, helping the audience gain valuable insights related to cerebral palsy.

The PowerPoint presentation (PPT) was prepared and presented by Nithya Das V P and Athulya Baiju, which enhanced the quality of the programme through effective visual support and clarity of content.

The programme also included supportive activities such as brochure preparation by Malavika K S, news collection by Mary Magthilin, and ICT support provided by Thapasia K S and Abiya Jose, ensuring smooth execution of the programme. The waves segment was creatively managed by Arsha K M and Anet Raisen, adding vibrancy to the event.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Punnya P S, who expressed gratitude to the coordinators, participants, and all those who worked behind the scenes for the success of the programme. The entire programme was efficiently coordinated by Lishma Sylvester . Overall Academia Scientia Programme was a grand success. It provided a valuable platform for students to showcase their academic talents, improve presentation skills, and work collaboratively. The programme left a positive impact on all participants and fulfilled its educational objectives effectively.
